Fees and Other Charges
 
Welcome!  We’re excited you’re interested in making our community your home!  Below is a list of potential fees & charges that current or future residents can expect during their initial lease term.   Additional details, including rental criteria that may affect fees, are outlined in the Resident Qualification Acknowledgement (RQA).  Please contact our office with any questions before applying.  We’re happy to help!
 
Rental Rates:  Rental rates can change daily.  Rent quotes are system-generated for specific apartments & lease dates and are valid for two (2) business days.  Rent quotes are not leases, do not guarantee availability, and may change if the quote expires or if apartment/date selections change.

There is no charge for residents without pets or approved assistance animals.  See RQA or office for more details.  Reasonable accommodation requests should be submitted through the third-party pet screening vendor for review by their legal team to ensure it meets the FHAct guidelines.

This information does not modify the application or lease.  Additional situational fees may apply as described in the application or lease, such as Homebody Rent Reporting, month-to-month rent, clubhouse rental, lease violation fees, legal/eviction fees, insufficient move-out notice, key replacement charges, transfer fee, early termination fee, or concessions repayment.  Fees and amounts are subject to change based on current policies and can be requested prior to the application process.  Some fees may be taxable.  Third-party charges such as payment processing fees, utilities, or insurance obtained independently, may be billed and collected separately and may not be set by the community.  Security deposits may vary based on screening results and will not exceed legal limits.  Renter’s Liability Insurance, utilities, and damages beyond normal wear and tear are the resident’s responsibility as outlined in the lease.
