    River Oaks Neighborhood is one of Houston’s most prestigious neighborhoods.  The streets & walkways are lined with historic oak trees and historic homes.  The area also has amazing retail options, parks, and a sense of community unlike any other in the city and borders the Upper Kirby District.  The River Oaks Country Club is located .9 mile from our community and offers a golf course designed by Donald Ross. Levy Park, River Oaks Park, and Memorial Park are all close by as well.  To pay tribute to our distinguished neighborhood, we named our floor plans after some of River Oaks’ most famous roadways.

    Houston’s Museum District is just 3.5 miles away.  You’ll find one of the largest museum districts in the country with 19 museums, including The Museum of Fine Arts and The Museum of Natural Science.  Houston’s Museum District offers revolving exhibitions, art collections, performances, film series, and hands-on activities.  You’ll find the The Houston Zoo in this area, located within Hermann Park.  The zoo has over 2 million visitors each year which is second only to the San Diego Zoo.  Nearby, you’ll also find Rice University (2.6 miles) and the University of St. Thomas (2.2 miles).
