What makes your community unique?
At The Belle Meade at River Oaks, you’re a name, not a number. Our boutique community only has 119 apartments, so it is easy to get to know your neighbors. Our management company is big enough to deliver and small enough to care. We can offer residents a more personal relationship with the team who manages the community, resulting in responsive service, accessibility, and a team who truly knows the community and residents.
The Belle Meade’s residents enjoy community amenities including a heated swimming pool, fitness center, concierge, resident lounge, catering kitchen, and dining room, a dog run, and on-site parking garage. Our apartment homes include washer/dryer, energy efficient air conditioning & heating, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, private patios/balconies, walk-in closets with adjustable shelves, and real hardwood floors.
What are your office hours?
Our leasing office is typically open Monday – Saturday for walk-in tours. Tours by appointment are highly encouraged. Check our website for current hours and to schedule a tour.
Do the apartments have air conditioning?
We have energy-efficient air conditioning and heating controlled by smart thermostats.
Is there a bathtub or just a shower?
Apartments feature a space-saving tub/shower combo.
What does your appliance package include?
Our energy-efficient stainless steel appliance package includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, built-in microwave, garbage disposal, and self-cleaning ovens with ceramic glass cooktops.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Is renter's insurance required?
Renter's Liability Insurance is required and all of our residents are pre-approved for insurance coverage through our preferred insurance provider, Homebody. Contact the office for details.
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Our residents like to know who their neighbors are, so short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO are not allowed.
Do you allow pets? What is the pet policy?
We are a dog and cat-friendly community that offers a dog park and pet spa. Please speak to one of our team members for more details.
